1. Service Overview
Our courier service facilitates the local pickup and delivery of goods within our service area. Service availability is subject to operating hours, weather, road conditions, and resource availability.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
- All delivery requests must be scheduled via our AnguillaListings.com platform.
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Payments & Fees
- All services must be paid at the time of pickup or delivery [You select this during the request process].
- We accept CASH ONLY.
- Additional charges may apply for wait time, special handling, oversized items, or after-hours service.
4. Liabilities & Insurance
- We are not responsible for improperly packaged items or items prohibited by law.
- In case of loss or damage, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Prohibited Items
You may not send items that are hazardous, illegal, perishable (without notice), or highly fragile without disclosing such risks. We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.
